Industry solution
Production lines for automotive and EV parts
Wuhan is both China's Optics Valley and one of its largest car-making centres. ZeroLine combines the two: laser welding, marking and inspection from Optics Valley with assembly and test equipment from Wuhan's automotive supply chain, delivered as working cells and lines for parts makers building production close to their customers.
- From one robot cell to a complete assembly line
- Cell → line
- Traceability: laser-marked codes and MES records
- Per-part
- Production-line projects ZeroLine has delivered
- 3,000+
- Every line runs your parts in Wuhan before it ships

How it runs
How a line project runs
- 01
Part and volume
Drawings, annual volume, variants, takt and your customer’s quality requirements.
Week 1
- 02
Process and concept
Process flow, station list, cycle-time study, layout and a priced proposal.
Weeks 2–5
- 03
Design and build
Fixtures and stations built at partner factories in Wuhan, with your parts used for trials.
Typically 3–6 months
- 04
Run-off
The line runs your parts at rate in Wuhan; capability data and video before it ships.
1–3 weeks
- 05
Install and launch
Installation, commissioning, training and support through your customer’s approval.
Typically 4–10 weeks

FAQ
Questions buyers ask
What do you need to quote an assembly line?
Part drawings or 3D models, annual volume and working pattern, the number of variants, your target cycle time and any process your customer specifies. Samples help for welding and marking trials.
Can the line support our IATF 16949 system?
Yes. We build in what auditors look for: error-proofing, part traceability, recorded process parameters and gauges you can run studies on. Certification of your plant stays with you; the line gives you the evidence.
Do you do hairpin stator welding?
Yes, through partner factories in Wuhan that build fiber-laser hairpin welding cells with vision positioning and post-weld inspection. We trial-weld your stator before you order.
Can you work with our existing robots or PLC standard?
Usually, yes. Tell us your preferred robot and PLC brands at concept stage; most partner factories build to the customer’s standard.
