How to verify ZeroLine before you pay

Check us the way you would check any supplier in China. The quotation, contract, invoice and bank account must all carry one company name, and you can look up that company's unified social credit code on China's national enterprise credit system. Then ask for the factory's authorisation letter, watch the acceptance test, pay against milestones or a letter of credit, and speak to a customer in your industry.

What to check, and how

  • ZeroLine

    The company you sign with

    • ZeroLine launched as a brand in 2026; the team behind it has exported from Wuhan since 2009.
    • Every quotation names the contracting company and its 18-character unified social credit code.
    • Look the code up on gsxt.gov.cn, the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System: the status should read “in operation” and the business scope should include import and export of goods.
    • The business licence and export (customs) registration come with the quotation.

    • Only the company on your contract, into an account in that same name.
    • We never ask you to pay a person, another company or a “new” account.
    • We never change bank details by email or chat. If you receive such a message, stop and call us on a number from this site.

    Who builds your equipment

    • The factory is named in the quotation. For Maxwave Laser and Stratavolt equipment, their authorisation letter comes with it.
    • Ask for the audit report: what the factory makes itself, its quality system, test equipment and after-sales capacity.
    • Visit the factory in Wuhan by appointment, or take a live video walk-through of the workshop.

    Proof before you pay the balance

    • A sample test on your own part or cell, with video, photos and the settings used.
    • A factory acceptance test (FAT) written into the contract in numbers: output, run time, yield and how each is measured.
    • Bring your own inspector (SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV, Intertek or anyone you choose); we schedule the FAT around them.
    • The balance is due after you sign the FAT report.

    Export compliance

    • Every order and end user is screened against UN, EU, UK and US sanctions lists before we quote.
    • We do not take orders that breach those sanctions, or for military end uses.
    • Dual-use items, such as some thermal imaging modules and high-power lasers, are supplied only in civil versions, with an end-use statement and any export licence China requires.
    • We follow China’s export controls too: we do not supply battery cell-making equipment or LFP process technology, or fiber spools for guided drones.

Questions buyers ask

Is ZeroLine legit?

ZeroLine is a brand launched in 2026 by a Wuhan team that has exported since 2009. You do not need to take that on trust: the company on your quotation can be looked up by its unified social credit code on gsxt.gov.cn, its name must match the account you pay, the factory sends an authorisation letter, the balance is paid only after a factory acceptance test you witness, and we connect you with a customer in your industry.

Can I see your business licence?

Yes. It comes with every quotation, together with the export (customs) registration of the company you sign with.

Who do I pay?

Only the company named on your contract, into an account in that same name. We never ask for payment to a person or to another company, and we never change bank details by email or chat.

Can I use my own inspection company?

Yes. SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV, Intertek or any inspector you choose can witness the sample test and the factory acceptance test. We send them the test protocol in advance.

Do you accept letters of credit?

Yes: irrevocable letters of credit at sight for larger orders, with the signed FAT report among the documents if you want it. Milestone bank transfers and Sinosure-backed terms are also available.

Do you sell to sanctioned countries?

No. We screen every order and end user against UN, EU, UK and US sanctions lists, and we do not take orders that breach them or that are for military end uses.

Is a “ZeroLine” on another website the same company?

Only if it is on zerolineai.com or one of its subdomains, or writes from an @zerolineai.com address. ZeroLine is not connected with software companies or other brands called ZeroLine or Zero Line.
