FTTH and fiber-network materials for operators and ISPs

ZeroLine supplies everything between the central office and the home for operators, ISPs and network contractors: optical fiber cable, ODN and FTTH components, drop cables, splicing and test tools. It comes from Optics Valley, home of about a quarter of the world’s optical fiber and cable, with factory test reports and delivery staged to your rollout.

How it runs

How a rollout order runs

  1. 01

    BOM or tender

Send your bill of materials, tender documents or network design.

    Day 1

  2. 02

    Matched offer

Each line item matched to a qualified factory, with datasheets and a priced BOM.

    Typically 3–7 working days

  3. 03

    Samples and approval

Samples for your lab or the tender committee before volume production.

    Typically 1–3 weeks

  4. 04

    Production and test

Factory tests and our pre-shipment inspection; reports go with each lot.

    Typically 3–6 weeks

  5. 05

    Staged delivery

Why have fiber cable prices and lead times changed?

Since 2025, demand from AI data centers has absorbed much of the world’s fiber capacity, and new preform capacity takes time to build. Framework agreements with staged deliveries help secure supply and stabilise price across a rollout.

Can you supply to our tender specification?

Yes. We answer tender BOMs line by line with datasheets, type-test reports and samples, and we flag any item where an alternative would cost less or ship faster.

Which fiber should we use for drops?

Bend-insensitive G.657.A1 or A2 fiber is the usual choice for drops and indoor runs because it tolerates tight bends at the home. Backbone and distribution cables normally use G.652.D.

Do you supply active equipment such as OLTs and ONTs?

Our focus is passive network materials. Active equipment can be supplied on request where local rules allow it.
