Product line Sense

Photonics and sensing components for OEMs

For companies building their own machines and products, ZeroLine sources the photonics inside them from Optics Valley makers: laser sources, galvo scanners and optics, machine-vision cameras and lenses, thermal imaging modules, fiber-optic sensing and GNSS modules. We help you choose, ship samples for evaluation, then agree long-term supply with stable specifications.

How it runs

How OEM supply works

  1. 01

    Your spec

What the component must do, your volumes and your target cost.

    Day 1

  2. 02

    Shortlist

Two or three matching parts from audited makers, with datasheets and prices.

    Typically 1 week

  3. 03

    Samples

Evaluation units shipped for your engineering team.

    Typically 1–3 weeks

  4. 04

    Supply agreement

Frozen specification, change notification, prices and lead times for volume.

  5. 05

    Ongoing supply

Scheduled deliveries, incoming-inspection data and support.

Can we get samples before ordering in volume?

Yes. Evaluation samples come first; volume pricing and lead times are agreed once your engineers approve the part.

How do you handle export controls?

Some photonics, such as certain thermal imaging modules, fall under export-control rules. We supply civil models only and screen each order for product, destination and end use before it ships.

Will the specification stay stable?

Supply agreements freeze the specification and require advance notice of any change, so your product does not change under you.
