Industry solution
Data-center fiber cabling, optics and backup power
ZeroLine supplies the physical layer of a data center from one source: pre-terminated MPO trunks and cassettes, patch cords, high-density panels, transceivers and active optical cables, test tools, and battery energy storage for backup. Everything is built to your design in Optics Valley, tested before it ships and delivered to site as one consignment.

How it runs
How a data-center order runs
- 01
Design or BOM
Send your cabling design, rack elevations or bill of materials, and your switch platforms.
Day 1
- 02
Matched quote
Lengths, polarity, connector types and optics checked against the design; one priced BOM.
Typically 2–5 working days
- 03
Build and test
Assemblies terminated to length and tested; transceivers coded and tested on your platform.
Typically 2–4 weeks
- 04
Label and pack
Labelled to your rack and port scheme, packed by hall or row for the installer.
Included
- 05
Deliver and support
Air or sea to site, test reports with the shipment, spares and replacements from stock.

FAQ
Questions buyers ask
Can you match transceivers to our switch vendor?
Yes. Transceivers are built to the relevant multi-source agreements, coded for the switch platforms you name and tested before shipping. Send your switch models and ports.
How do you handle MPO polarity?
We follow the polarity method in your design (Method A, B or C under TIA-568) and label every trunk, cassette and patch cord to match. If there is no design yet, we propose one and you approve it before we build.
Do you provide test reports?
Every pre-terminated assembly ships with an insertion-loss report, and return loss where specified. Bulk cable ships with factory test certificates.
Who do you supply?
Colocation, enterprise, regional cloud and edge builds, usually through the contractor. We do not supply the global hyperscale operators directly.
