Industrial equipment for the Gulf: storage, PACK lines, lasers and fiber
ZeroLine supplies storage systems, battery PACK lines, laser machines and fiber to the Gulf with the papers each country asks for: SABER certificates for Saudi Arabia, G-Mark for low-voltage equipment, ECAS in the UAE. Saudi Arabia runs at 60 Hz and the other states at 50 Hz, and we build for either. Since March 2026 we route cargo around the Strait of Hormuz.
- Saudi Arabia's energy-storage target for 2030
- 48 GWh
- Saudi grid, 230/400 V for new connections; 50 Hz in the other GCC states
- 60 Hz
- Shanghai to Jebel Ali or Dammam by sea in normal times

FAQ
Questions buyers ask
Will Chinese equipment work on the Saudi 60 Hz grid?
Yes, when it is built for it. Motors, pumps, chillers and power supplies are specified for 60 Hz and 230/400 V (or the older 127/220 V at some existing sites). We confirm voltage and frequency for every order; 50 Hz equipment should not be shipped to Saudi Arabia unchanged.
Which certificates do I need to import machinery into Saudi Arabia?
Through SABER, a Product Certificate for the product and a Shipment Certificate for each consignment; some electrical products need SASO IECEE recognition instead. Low-voltage equipment may also need the GCC G-Mark. We apply for them with the order and list them in the quotation.
How do you ship to the Gulf while the Strait of Hormuz is disrupted?
Since March 2026 we avoid the strait: cargo for Saudi Arabia goes to Jeddah on the Red Sea, and cargo for the UAE and Oman to ports outside the strait such as Sohar, Khor Fakkan and Fujairah, with onward trucking. Routes, transit times and freight change week to week, so we confirm them at booking.
Can you supply storage for SPPC and other utility tenders?
We supply containers, PCS and plant controllers to the EPCs and integrators who bid, with the factory tests and documents tender committees ask for. We do not bid as the EPC ourselves.
Can you help us manufacture in Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Most localization starts with finished storage, moves to assembling cabinets from kits, then adds a module and PACK line. We plan the stages, build and accept the lines in Wuhan, install them and keep the plant supplied.
