How fast do you respond?
Response times are written into your contract by equipment type and market. For production lines we agree a response commitment and a critical spare-parts list before shipping.
What does the warranty cover?
Terms depend on the equipment; Maxwave laser machines carry a 2-year warranty. Faulty parts are replaced free during the warranty. Wear parts and consumables are listed separately in your quote.
