Questions buyers ask
Which fiber laser cutting power do I need?
Choose power for the thickness and material you cut every day, not the thickest plate you cut once a month. More power cuts thin sheet faster and thick plate at all, but costs more to buy and run. Send your thickness mix and monthly volume and we compare two options on cost per part.
Is handheld laser welding a replacement for TIG?
For thin stainless, carbon steel and aluminium sheet it is usually several times faster, with less distortion and little grinding afterwards. Thick structural welds and some codes still call for MIG or TIG. We test your joints before you decide.
Can I see the machine working on my part before I pay?
Yes. Send a sample or a drawing. We process it in Wuhan and send video, photos and the parameters. For laser machines this is free apart from postage.
Do you supply press brakes and robots as well as lasers?
Yes. Press brakes, panel benders, welding robots and extraction come from partner factories we have audited. One quote, one shipment and one contact for the whole shop.
Will the machines meet CE requirements?
Machines for the EU and UK ship with CE documentation for the configuration you order. Tell us your market at quote stage so voltage, safety enclosures and labels match it.
